Emotion Code Info

What is Emotion Code

The Emotion Code is a gentle energy healing method that focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotions from the body. These trapped emotions can build up over time from stress, trauma or difficult experiences and may affect how you feel, think and respond to life.

By releasing these trapped emotions, the body’s natural energy can flow more freely. Many people notice they feel calmer, lighter and more at ease, with greater emotional balance, more clarity and an increased sense of wellbeing in daily life.

How to Clear Bocked Emotions

Here’s how Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code process to clear blocked (trapped) emotions:

1. Set a clear intention
We begin by asking for divine help and setting a clear intention to find and release trapped emotions for your highest good.

2. Get permission
We make sure we have permission to work on you (or by proxy for someone else, such as a child or loved one).

3. Use muscle testing
Gentle muscle testing is used to ask your body yes/no questions and see if there is a trapped emotion ready to be released.

4. Identify the trapped emotion
Using the Emotion Code Chart, we narrow down which column and row the emotion is in, then identify the exact emotion your body is holding.

5. Get any needed details
If your body needs you to know more, we may briefly identify when the emotion was created (age, event, or if it’s inherited and from whom).

6. Release the emotion with a magnet
With focused intention, we swipe a magnet (or the hand) along the governing meridian (from forehead over the head and down the spine) several times to release that specific trapped emotion.

7. Confirm the release
We muscle test again to confirm that the emotion has been released.

8. Check for more emotions
We ask if there are more trapped emotions ready to be released and repeat the process until your body indicates it is done for this session.

This process is gentle, non-invasive, and designed to support emotional balance and overall well-being.
